Accessibility statement

UFBA serves public agencies, and we hold this website to the same accessibility expectations those agencies hold themselves to. Our goal is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What we do

• Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure on every page.
• A color palette checked for WCAG AA contrast between text and background.
• Keyboard-navigable menus, links, and forms, with visible focus indicators.
• Text alternatives on informative images; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.
• Resizable text that reflows without loss of content or function.

Known limitations

The Forms library includes documents published by government programs and third parties over many years. Some older PDF and Word documents may not be fully accessible. If you need any form in an accessible format, contact us and we will provide one or help you complete it another way.
